Chicken Rosemary

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lbs)

2 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp crushed rosemary
-
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan with tall sides. Melt the butter, mix all remaining ingredients, and pour over the chicken. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and bake until the temperature in the thickest part of the chicken is 165 degrees F. Usually this will be about 35-45 minutes. Starting at 35 minutes, check the temperature every 5 minutes until it is at or above 165 degrees.

Baste the chicken every 10 minutes while baking.
